Refund & Exchange Policy

At Shiv Shakti Fashion, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund policy.
 
1. No Refund Policy
 
•We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
•Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
 
2. Exchange Policy
 
•Products are eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defect.
• Exchange requests for reasons like color difference, size issues, or change of mind will not be accepted.
 
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
 
To be eligible for an exchange:
•A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
•The video must be recorded from opening the sealed package till the product is fully shown
•The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the order
•Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
 
4. Exchange Approval
 
•Once we receive and verify the unboxing video, our team will review the issue.
•If the product is found to be defective or damaged, an exchange will be approved.
•The replacement product will be dispatched after approval.
 
5. Important Notes
 
•Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
•Any damage caused after delivery will not be considered for exchange.
•Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution and are not considered defects.

Note- We Do Not Offer Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In that  Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs To Be Paid By Customers.
